Billy Ramsey knew there was something very different about him from an early age. He was destined to be the greatest football player ever. Maybe the best athlete ever. Banned from playing his eighth grade season because he was too rough, he caught the attention of one of the best sports writers in the state. Young Jenny McBride loved him more than life itself and stood by his side as he went from a small town kid to the best known sports figure in the northeastern part of the nation.
