Recognizing the deceptions that may be inherent within the brokerage system will allow the investor to better analyze any given situation. Chart patterns, press releases, financial headlines, and market maker motivations form the crux of what is legally crooked about the financial system. The state of being legally crooked becomes a situation where an event may be legal under the law but crooked in terms of being deviant, deceptive, and unethical.
