Landscape Dinner

What is a landscape dinner? It's an invitation to use everyday food at mealtime to make colorful landscapes on your plate, encouraging creativity, laughter, and good feelings. In this book, Jenny introduces her two sons, Jeremy and Kyle, to landscape dinners when they are four and six. By coloring mashed potatoes blue, placing a back of Goldfish crackers within reach, and breaking apart heads of broccoli, she gave her boys the building blocks for a lake teeming with fish and surrounded by trees-and a good dinner afterward, too.
