LADY IN THE HOUSE: Stephani Lindstrom, the first Lady Vice President of the United States, is thrust into the post of President when her mentor suddenly dies. Almost immediately this beautiful, strong woman is cast into the turmoil and tumult of Washington politics and imbroglios in the Mideast. She escapes a sniper's missile and then, eludes the disdain of a Cabinet Member who wants her, a woman, to resign. The murder of her tosspot spouse whose sex life is heralded and the failed kidnapping of her daughter highlight her frantic term in office. Finally, she meets love in the guise of a newspaperman who comes to her aid.
