Kneeling For Justice: social justice poetry

Social justice poetry inspired by Colin Kaepernick, the Black Lives Matter movement and the cosmic struggle for racial equality and justice. In a stylistic and symbolic break from tradition, the entire book is written in lower case. The author further exercises his poetic license with unconventional punctuation to simulate the flow and rhythm of a Spoken Word performance. Finally, the absence of titles empowers the reader to explore and interpret each poem with an open mind, untainted by the writer's bias.
