During a school outing, clever students of the 'Pemberton Academy' Katherine, Trevor and Chryseis find a time portal and go on the journey of their lives. 12 000 years in the past, things must have been very different, right? They want to deliver a popping quantum physics project never seen before and jump into a fascinating new world of adventure. Instead of cavemen or a smoking volcano, they encounter an astonishing lost civilization, meet another time traveler and learn that they might change the future for the better.
