Killer Crystal

Professor Schrulling and his team are faced with a mystery. Their research targets, cells from a dog's kidney, perish like flies. The suspicion falls on the Sweet Gold, Sugar (a metaphor for passion, ignorance and paranoia in science). In the minds of the researchers, sugar gradually develops into an aggressive being that mutates into a killer crystal. This discovery increasingly leads Schrulling and his people into an oppressive parallel world. Sugar, their wicked enemy, defeats them all, ... almost.
