Every year Kim's twin sister, Mandy, competes in the 4th of July Charity Bike Race for a chance to win the prize money for Camp U-Belong, a summer camp for children with disabilities.

But when Kim, a young girl with Cerebral Palsy, gets home from camp, she discovers that Mandy can't compete in the race this year. Now it's up to Kim to come up with a new plan, find a way to compete, and raise money for Camp U-Belong.
