Kathy's life... HARD

This book is the raw, unfiltered truth about the pain and suffering from the loss of my precious daughter, Jessica, a mom and high school teacher, and my only sibling, both due to substance use disorders.

My own battles with undiagnosed mental illness and living with no insight have resulted in behaviors that have caused trauma and deep resentment among loved ones.

These poems and stories give you snapshots of my life and how I have myself to blame.

My hope is, this book will open up the conversation about undiagnosed mental illness.
