Kalam Atomism and the Problem of Its Source

How did the universe come into being? Does the universe have a beginning and an end? In this book, these ancient questions are studied within the Islamic science of Kalam, specifically Şemseddin G naltay's work. The author contributes to G naltay's work by questioning the origins of atomism doctrine, and providing a Kalam dictionary and additional appendices.
