Journey to the Heart

There are various types of rape, some bodily and some spiritual. Journey to the Heart chronicles my path through spiritual rape and is the sequel to Behind Closed Doors, which exposed child sexual abuse. Both books are two sides to the same story and offer distinct outlooks on predation, survival, and healing. I call it "awakening."Journey with me along these winding paths and all the layers of betrayal, knowing that everyone climbs his or her own mountains in life. Among the obstacles are many blessings. Everyone you come in contact with is your teacher, and you are also a teacher to those who cross your path. I discovered that only I can set the standards of my life, and no one else.
