Journey

Carrie is a courageous blue-eyed blonde. She is the survivor of a failed marriage and the doting mother of two children: five year old Timmy and four year old Tia. She is a devoted friend to Jill Matthews, a divorced mother of three and her next door neighbor. Jill cajoles her into attending a party where she meets Spencer Nichols: a charming, attractive newspaper reporter with political aspirations. Carrie, a nurses aide who aspires to attend nursing school to become an LPN so that she can provide a safe and reliable future for her children, has an in-home freak accident that changes the course of Spencer and Carries relationship and sends Carrie on this incredible journey.
