It's never easy to explain the Black experience to an individual who is not Black. Nevertheless, this does

not stop poets from sharing the way they feel when asked to speak on specific topics under that very big

umbrella.

6 poets from London, when asked to share their art and heart around specific themes, did not say no. They, despite being unable to perform as initially planned, were happy to share their pieces in written

form.
