Introduction to Town Planning

Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. Now, under the Act, there are Opportunities for many persons to confer as to the development of a town, so that a scheme may be evolved for regulating its future growth. Not only Town and District Councils and the landowners, but also the Architectural and Antiquarian Societies, and those interested in Social Service, may have some part in these conferences, and it is hoped that this little book will be of use to very many who take a general interest in the subject of town planning, as well as to some who may be more directly engaged in the preparation and consideration of schemes under the Town Planning Act.
