Interprofessional education and collaborative practice in health

The Cuban Higher Medical Education after the revolutionary triumph has been zealous with the comprehensive training of its professionals, for competence and good job performance, which has resulted in the progressive improvement of the different training plans for professionals in the sector, with the objective of achieving a continuous improvement of the level of health of the population as a result of the optimization of the services that are provided with equity, as well as the elevation of the effectiveness of professional competences.
