International Logistics

International logistics refers to the design and management of a system that controls the forward and reverse flow of materials, services and information into, through and out of international cooperation. Logistics can be classified into two categories, namely, inbound and outbound logistics. Inbound logistics deal with purchasing and arranging inbound movement of machines, parts or unfinished inventory from suppliers to warehouses, assembly plants and stores. Outbound logistics are concerned with the storage and movement of the final product and related information.
