Intelligence in Communication Systems

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the IFIP International Conference on Intelligence in Communication Systems, INTELLICOMM 2004, held in Bangkok, Thailand in November 2004.The 24 revised full papers presented together with 5 invited papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 112 submissions.
