Integrative Psychoanalysis

The effectiveness of integrative therapies allied to self-knowledge, self-evaluation and self-esteem, in the reintegration of the subject and activation of systems that enhance daily and work activities, is a reality. The Brazilian Association of Psychosomatic Medicine - Mato Grosso Regional, in partnership with the Union of Therapists of the State of Mato Grosso - SINTER - MT, and the Regional Hospital for Assistance to Cancer Patients, started a project in 2020, which aimed at psychoanalytical listening and care, through psychosomatics and integrative and complementary practices - aromatherapy, in the middle of the pandemic, which even more, potentially, demanded autonomy in the face of adversity and fragilization of the desiring subject in this moment of vicissitude.The themes ranged from basic mental health care to life planning: the role of the autonomous subject in the consolidation of personal projects, well-being, self-esteem and achievement of goals in the short, medium and long term, even in adverse and atypical situations; as is well known, skilled and creative sailors are formed in rough seas.
