Through all the pains and sufferings, I have God by my side as my strength and Savior.Words may never be enough to portray the love and gratitude to You Oh Lord, but I dedicate these words of praises to You.***DISABLED VETERAN, COLLEGE GRAD, MOTHER OF ONE AND CAREGIVER TO FAMILY: I Carrie Bell (Lance) Harrell-Winns, known as "e;Ms. Carrie Bell"e; was born October 2, 1948 (Dunbar), Georgetown, South Carolina. The third child of ten children born to The Late Rev. Thomas Sidney and Florine Canteen Lance. Choppee High School graduate 1967. Moved to New York and joined the United States Army, 1969, E5 Rank in less than three years. "e;HONORABLY DISCHARGED"e;. Attended Bronx Community College, Mercy College, College of New Rochelle Undergraduate and Graduate College. Graduated with Master of Science, 1995. Moved back to South Carolina, attended Webster University. With only 6 credits from a second Master Degree, I suffered three car accidents rendering me disabled.
