Information Technologies and Their Applications

The two-volume set constitutes the proceedings of the Third International Conference on Information Technologies and Their Applications, ITTA 2026, held in Baku, Azerbaijan, during April 2026. The 80 full papers and 9 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 240 submissions.
