In Touch With Your Inner Voice is a self-guided course offering a spiritual, self-guided path ofindividuation allowing for personal development, understood as a lifelong process. The course is structured into three levels, each of which is presented and conveyed with sixtextbooks (lessons) and other practice materials. It addresses all those who are interested in their spiritual individuation, which is a verypersonal matter. With the exercises, each participant gradually discovers their veryindividual soul or symbolic language just as they once learned their mother tongue. Theylearn to name and express symbols they ve experienced inside themselves and relate themto their world, in the world. This, in turn, opens up a whole new spectrum of exploration andlearning, each wholly unique and different depending on the participant s experience andbackground. Level 2: Books 1 - 6Apply the basics of the Trilogos Method (IQ, EQ, SQ => IQ+EQ+SQ=PSYQ) and thus practise integral consciousness. With this course ... - train and refine your very personal, subjective perception- learn to relate your ideas and associations to your perceptions and ask closed questions about them, which can be answered with a yes or no- immediately check your language of thoughts and feelings, your intuition- make holistic connections (from the power of your PsyQ) to your everyday life- make responsible decisions- experience and recognize new possibilities for action in your three areas of life: health, relationship(s), profession (or vocation)- form an integral consciousness from your co-creative power and thanks to your creativity: Innovation becomes possible through intuition - your power and above all the joy of shaping your own life unfolds. Another participant may encounter their wounded inner child during an exercise, and begin to wonder: How do people even arrive at their beliefs, dispositions, convictions, behavioral patterns and traumas in the first place?Yet another person may experience their creative potential and seek to optimize it in a meaningful and gratifying way, in alignment with their very personal dispositions. In this way, the Trilogos Method contributes to a viable future for all, where members of society make decisions together on the basis of trust and empathy, and take responsibility for those decisions.
