Impact Evaluation of the PROMAP Public Administration Program

The present research entitled: "Evaluation of the impact of the Public Administration Improvement Program (PROMAP) on the educational support staff at the Technological Institute of Celaya", tries to show the details of its implementation as a training course for the educational support staff, which performs different administrative and service activities that complement the educational activity that has as its central axis the ITC. The PROMAP course was given with the purpose of modifying attitudes in the work performance of the federal public employee, in this case to the education support personnel of the Instituto Tecnol gico de Celaya.
