In our fast-paced, consumeristic, culture changing, instant gratification world we live in, there is one action we all can strive for improvement in; slowing down. It is hard to physically, emotionally, and spiritually be still in the midst of work schedules, piano lessons, date nights, school events, social recreations with friends, marriage, business, career, and the list goes on.
