An enchanted tale of Imaginary Friends and Nightmare Creatures battling for a child's imagination. Two lands separated by a magical river, unable to cross. An unlikely meeting between Cory, a seedling who is never thought of and Sandy, a nightling who hates to scare develops in this heartwarming tale of friendship, loyalty and acceptance. It's a race against time when Sandy learns of the evil ruler over Nightmare Town's plot to destroy Imagination City by collecting children's fear. The two join forces with Boltz, Penny and Dewberry and set out for the biggest challenge of their lives as they journey into Fire City, the land of dragons and fairies, to find a magical dragon egg and save the city before it's too late.
