Idea of Immortality

Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. N 1915 the writer was appointed lecturer on the Baird Foundation. In normal circum stances the lectures would have been given in 1917, but owing to the war their delivery was postponed for a year. This volume contains the lectures as they were read in Glasgow in January and February 1918. They include, however, a considerable amount of matter which had to be omitted then owing to limitations of time.
