Pico is a Brooklyn based food and beverage critic focused on reciprocity in hospitality. He is the writer, photographer, and illustrator for The Pico Review, a collection of his most treasured restaurants, bars, and purveyors. Whether eating a sandwich from the local bodega or drinking a bone-dry martini at a legendary institution, Pico strips away pretense and unlocks the magic of New York dining, without all the noise. This is his first book.
