I am Always Here: Poems

This collection chronicles the life of the author from ages 18 to 23, as she stumbles through her college years experiencing vast ranges of confusion, frustration, love, lust, depression and loss. She deals with the newly discovered, turbulent and awkward time of her early 20's by keeping poems as she would journal entries, writing to and about those who inspire her, make her smile, make her cry and break her heart. She explores all she knew and comes to know about emotional growth and well being, learning who she is and over time, to love herself.
