Hundred Shades of Sketchy

Ronnie does not seek out sketchy boyfriends and sketchy bosses, but whether it is fate or just random bad luck, she always seems to end up with them. While people around her meet nice, normal guys, get married, have kids and move up the administrative ladder with the support of their bosses, Ronnie finds herself in one sketchy situation after another. Her last lover, Javier, might have been sketchy, but he lifted Ronnie out of her depression and made her want to live again. As she fights the urge to get back together with him and tries to move on with her life, she encounters more sketchy guys. Ronnie is depressed out of her mind and lost as to what to do until she meets Jewel, a lap dog, at a shelter who inspires her to change her life for the better.
