Human Resource Development in Hotel Industry

The present investigation is an attempt to study the human resource development in hotel industry with special focus on five star hotels in Rajasthan and Gujarat states.Human Resource being the most significant and active factor of production, developing the Human Resources, upgrading their skill and knowledge would lead to economic development. The human resources of the hotels are invaluable assets and the success of various policy measures depends on the manner of their management, planning and management of human resource, assumes great significance in hotel industry.
