Hopeless Determination

Hope Robertson is an active, middle-aged Midwesterner with breast cancer. She's determined to beat the illness, but her doctors can't cure her. When there's nothing left to do but wait to die, Hope's husband Dylan convinces her to throw caution to the wind -- they quit their jobs, sell the house, and embark on a cross-country journey.
