Honey bee quality and production practices

This Book contains two parts; the first part was Review on honey quality. The data for review manuscript were collected mainly from Easter Africa such Ethiopia, Sudan, Uganda, Kenya and Tanzaniya. The second part was Research on honey bee production practices in selected districts of Southern Ethiopia.
