Home Room

In 1966, photographer Walter Rabetz took a job as a math and home room teacher at Lew Wallace Junior High School in Brooklyn, New York. While there, he created a series of warm, intimate and loving photographs of the students in his home room class. This book is an elegy to them and to teaching by an exceptional photographer.
