HISTORYMAKERS - from a wheelchair user's perspective

My name is Samantha Borst. I am 48 years old. I have beendisabled from birth and a wheelchair user since my teenageyears. I first became interested in football aged 9 (Mexico1986) because of the players short shorts! I began to followmy local football team several years later. I joined the GrimsbyTown Disabled Supporters Club in 2006. to attend many of theteam s away fistures. I wrote this book as a lasting memoryof the team s achievements in the 2023 FA Cup Campaignand to promote better facilities for disabled supporters. Ialso enjoy listening to music, ten-pin bowling and socialisingwith friends.
