History of the Old Cheraws

Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. The Author was induced some years since, at the instance of the Cheraw Lyceum, to investigate the history of the Indian tribes formerly inhabiting the valley of the Pedee.
