History Fair Workbook

History Fairs are becoming more and more popular as a means of integrating research skills with the history curriculum. Kosty's handbook is appropriate for teachers of middle and high school students (grades 6-12) and provides clear instructions for initiating, coordinating, and evaluating a history fair. Beginning in the fall, students choose topics for research that are based on an annual theme. Working in groups or individually, students develop projects in the form of historical papers, electronic media documentaries, original performances, or museum-style exhibits.
