Histories of Computing in Asia

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the IFIP WG 9.7 International Workshop on the History of Computing, HC 2024, held in Phuket, Thailand, during September 8–9, 2024. The 8 full papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 20 submissions. These papers  present the histories of computing in Asia, focusing on topics such as Internationalism, Science and Technology Studies, Pedagogy, and Public History and Imagination.
