This slender volume contains 110 entries: inscriptions from seventy cemeteries and descriptions related to forty others -- the culmination of a 1969-1972 project. In addition to location (road and/or town), some entries list the original name of the property or land owner and the current name of the property or landowner. The Annotated Index to full-names and places includes the number of the paragraph/entry (not the page number). Many index entries contain date of birth, date of death, place of burial and/or other information derived from the text and other sources.
