Hills of Tuscany

Ferenc Mate and his wife arrived in Tuscany in the late 1980s, knowing little Italian and with only weeks to find a new home. After many mishaps, they conclude the deal for their ancient farmhouse by drawing on the hood of a rusty tractor. This is the story of their new life in Italy.
