High Performance Computing for Computer Graphics and Visualisation

This volume contains an overview of research into computer graphics/visualization and high performance computing, currently two of the foremost technologies in the computing domain. Among the topics covered in the work are: the impact of the development of high performance computing on computer graphics and visualization; the current use of high perfomance computing architecture and software tools in computer graphics and visualization; the role of parallelism in computer graphics; and the identification of potential applications for high performance computing in computer graphics and visualization.
