Help Yourself

This title follows on from David Pelzer's previous two books entitled "A Child Called It" and "The Lost Boy", both concerned with the years of abuse he suffered as a child. "Help Yourself" weaves in stories from his own experiences with the principles he discovered on how to survive difficulty.
