Heartlight

I believe that all children are born full of light and love. But that is not what I see when I walk into schoolyards and kindergartens today.

For many different reasons, too many children today find it necessary to dim their inner light from an early age. As adults who have access to our hearts, it is crucial we teach children that it is safe to glow, shine and share their beautiful inner light.

Let's remind our children that we all carry the most amazing light in our hearts and that we can turn up this light and increase its glow whenever we need to.

I wrote "HEARTLIGHT" for my book "The Monster Manual - for children who worry a lot". However, as I sensed that many more children (and parents) needed this meditation, I decided to publish it as a standalone meditation too.

Inside this book you will find a meditation that will take you to your heart and teach you and your little Light Bearer to shine from within and send you healing light into every cell and fiber of your bodies.

Remember, we all arrived on this beautiful planet as light and love. You too. And we can always return to that place within ourselves if we have lost our way in life, if the darkness has penetrated our castle. We are light and love. Let it shine.
