Education in health sciences and a curious mind led to a practice of Naturopathic principles, Bioenergetics, Reiki and Herbalist. Through two businesses Vital Herbs Inc. and Aspen Grove Wellness she followed her beliefs that mind, body and spirit must be treated equally for wellness. She speaks frankly and honestly with heartfelt passion of the suffering individuals and families endure from alcohol addiction and dementia and the impact it has on our psyche and health within the family unit. She has made it her mission to make available an alternative protocol for withdrawal, regeneration and reclaiming life for alcohol addiction that has successfully helped many.
