An evil new drug codenamed "Happy", his older brother warning him about their Uncle, a Pharmaceutical company CEO, a feeling like he's constantly being watched, and, a rogue faction of the CIA... All Carter Thompson wants to do is work his job helping others and spend time with his new wife. But, when his older brother starts acting strange and he can't shake the constant feeling of being watched he's pulled back into the Pharmaceutical company his parent's created to try to put a stop to the company's new drug before it enslaves the minds of the American public.
