Meet America's Newest Female Crimefighter When Bartonsville bank president, Walter Morgan, fails to keep his weekly hangnail treatment, Candi DeCarlo, a manicurist at the Tips & Toes salon, goes looking for him. She finds him - her biggest tipper - slumped over his desk with a large hunting knife sticking out of his back.
