Haggart's Dawn

Haggart and the Captain fought the enemies of the King for most of their lives before being pardoned by those who overthrew him. After retiring to run an Inn out on the northern borders, strange rumors reach them of a terrible catastrophe ahead and those who listen are fleeing north.
The Council is worried and Hunters are seen abroad, tracking down Summoners - those with the power to manipulate the very world around them, and murdering them in cold blood.
Can Haggart and the Captain act in time to stop what is coming, or will the tales of the raised dead prove true, coming forth to exact their revenge upon the living?
