is a word that comes from the Old English meaning to make whole.

Devastated as may have been by Covid 19 the book's Author spent many months unable to do anything and sat for long hours in her garden.

This book of deeply thoughtful poems comes from that time. The Author also made stunning drawings for each poem that are also featured in this original and beautiful book. Healing was found in Nature and a deeper understanding of this is shared here for all to enjoy.
