Guess Who? Murder by the Sea

The detective and his newly appointed Sergeant Smith have arrived at a small seaside town with another murder to solve, but once again not all is what it seems. With multiple deaths taking place over the last few months and the town's problem with drugs out of control, can the detective do what previous detectives have failed to do before him and solve this case?
