Conditioned by centuries of lies and propaganda, Sabine Rhyonselle was taught to believe that Humanity owed allegiance to the fey Rüddan for protecting them during the War of New Dawn. History, however, is not as set in stone as some would believe, and all Sabine thought she knew has been turned upside down. Ripped away from her home, Sabine is forced to cooperate with her one-time enemy in order to help Humanity escape certain extinction. To do so, she must find an ancient relic of magic power that the whole world is looking for. Can she retrieve it before the Rüddan capture her?
