Grown Folks' Conversations

A collection of poems and short stories that express a wide range of thoughts, ideas and opinions about life, as seen through African American eyes. This 'poetic collection of recollections, memories, and imaginations' explores such themes as black motherhood, manhood, heartbreak and love. Although the underlying premise of the work is rooted in Blackness, the topics of conversation are universally applicable, understandable, and worthy of appreciation from Grown Folks of all ethnicities and cultures.
