Grow Good Garlic on Cape Cod: A Practical Manual for Small Families

This book summarizes my family's adventure in growing garlic on Cape Cod, MA. We sell organic garlic at our local Orleans Farmers' Market since 2008. Our tiny little farm stand, "Caroline's Corner" came into existence soon after my youngest daughter was born. It was partially a need to spend more time with my children, and also to explore the concept of Backyard Homestead or urban farming, as well as a recovery journey for me as a former fundamentalist. As I turn cautiously to my community and my family, I experience joy and elation, and after the 8th season, I feel confident that this local organic farming experience should also encourage anyone out there to just try it.
